Kust is an instant gratification knit. It is an asymmetric shawl worked sideways in worsted weight yarn. The lace pattern is simple and is suitable for lace beginners. Advice is given on how to modify the size to use left-overs from your sweater projects.

Written and charted directions are given for the whole shawl. Measurements are given in both centimeters and inches.

FINISHED SIZE

The shawl measures 158 cm / 62″ in length and 41 cm / 16″ in width. See Schematic for additional measurements.

Yardage: 225 m / 245 yds, including 10% allowance

6.5 mm / US 10.5 needles, any type; adjust needle size if necessary to obtain gauge.
