I don’t have Paypal, can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, you can pay with a credit card on Etsy. Most of my patterns are on Etsy but if you cannot find a particular pattern, just let me know and I will add it.

I have purchased your pattern but I haven’t received any download links.

Check your SPAM folder. If you cannot find it there please contact me by email.

Where should I put the coupon code?

Click on the “show cart” link at the top left corner of my website, then you’ll see a text link “use a coupon code” right next to the “check out now” button.

I have purchased your pattern on Etsy but I cannot find the file.

Are you using the Etsy App? For some unknown reasons, patterns don’t show up in the app. You can find the pattern if you open your Etsy library using your browser following instructions here.

The video links in the pattern don’t work. Do you have alternative links?

It’s likely to be a glitch of your PDF viewer, try another PDF viewer or drag and drop the PDF directly into your browser. Sometimes even just opening the same file on another day with the same PDF viewer solves it.

The instructions do not make sense or anything that looks like missing instructions.

Make sure that you are not in the Reading Mode / Liquid Mode of your PDF reader. If you open the PDF file with your browser (not PDF reader), you can see how it should look like.
